St. Michael's Health Group operates a 152-bed multi-level Long Term Care facility in Edmonton, AB with a Rehabilitation Sub-Acute Program, and Medical and Cognitive Day Support Programs; the Millennium Pavilion Seniors' Lodge in Edmonton, a Family Health Centre and two Supportive Housing facilities (one is Vegreville, AB and one in Spruce Grove, AB).
