Donations & Campaigns

St. Michael's has a variety of on-going and project-specific initiatives focused on serving our residents and our community.

St. Michael’s Extended Care Centre Society is grateful for all donations received.

The following types of donations are accepted:

• financial contributions
• gifts in kind 
• bequests, trusts, planned gifts and estates, securities, life insurance

All donations are prudently managed and allocated where designated or needed most. 

St. Michael’s Extended Care Centre’s Board of Governors has adopted the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy’s Ethical Fund-Raising and Financial Accountability Code as its policy.  In doing so, the members of the governing board committed to being responsible custodians of donated funds, to exercise due care concerning the governance of fund-raising and financial reporting and ensuring to the best of their ability that the organization adheres to the provisions of the Code.
