Strategic Plan
St. Michael's Health Group has developed a three-year "rolling" Strategic Plan identifying key focus areas that build on our entrepreneurial spirit, experienced staff, established community alliances and respected role as an advocate for the health care sector.
The Strategic Plan was implemented in 2007 and is reviewed and updated annually to ensure that St. Michael's remains in the forefront of development and growth.
